INTERNAL MEDICINE

Internal medicine takes care of the patient as a whole. This versatility is undoubtedly the primary quality of our speciality, but it is also the reason why it is impossible to have a single definition of our practice. Internal medicine is "organ" medicine and deals with the whole human body. It includes activities such as check-ups for (still) asymptomatic diseases, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of both acute and chronic diseases.

If the patient requires a quick consultation, we try to respond quickly to their needs, depending on our availability. For safety reasons, life-threatening emergencies should be referred to Nyon Hospital via the emergency number 144.
